Folks, on a serious note, I have to applaud the altruism of guys like my gastroenterologist - four years of Medical School at a world-class university, internship, residency at Hopkins, and all he has to look forward to every day is peering up another rectum and snipping off suspicious looking polyps. And I thought I had it rough!
