The presidential contest is far from over, but House Democrats are already readying their legislative wish-lists in hopes that President Obama is reelected.

The lawmakers are floating a broad array of issues they'd like Obama to tackle immediately in a second term, placing a focus on jobs and the economy, but also thorny discretionary issues like immigration, climate change, housing – even a return to healthcare reform.

They can do what they want. However, it is not good to be over confident this round. They were overconfident in 2008 and we laughed at them but they were right. This time the Democrats should be a bit more cautious.

1. Open Gulags for all FReepers, Rush listeners, readers of PowerLine, PJM, RedState, Legal Insurrection, Tea Partiers, et al
2. Furlough all military personnel
3. Use Exec Order to legalize gay "marriages"
4. Run annual deficits of $3 Trillion to destroy the US economy
5. Get inflation up to 30% per to confiscate all accumulated middle class wealth
6. Use Exec Order to create parallel legal system called "Sharia"
7. Enact 10,000% tax on all ammunition
8. Increase Pigford settlement to $100 Billion
9. Provide free unlimited data plans to all ObamaFone users

That should cover the first six months. What'll he do for the next 3-1/2 years?

There will be outrage across the land starting around 2014 when 0bamacare regs send Americans over the brink as they realize they've been HAD by Pelosi, Reid, 0bama, etc.. Conservatives saw this coming and warned everyone but were accused of being paranoid, racist and uncaring.

By 2015, conservatives websites will be deemed 'a threat to national security' and 'breeding grounds for domestic terrorism' and will be ordered shut down by the DOJ.
