I’d prolly just cross Fl off that list and add GA. Don’t count on LA either. Its going to be more like Texas, OK, AZ, MO, SC, Ala, Ga and TN.
Parts of New Orleans is a RAT sewer. Outside of New Orleans the rest of the state is very red.
LA will stand with the rest.
