How many fewer military voters are overseas or otherwise eligible for an absentee ballot?

I was under the impression that we have brought many of these troops home.

I’m so tired of reading how the military’s vote is being supressed.
Isn’t there something the ordinary citizen can do? I have 2 demo Senators, so no help there.

That would only make a difference with National Guard troops. Even when regular Army troops are ‘home’, they are usually not at their home of record, and they must vote absentee.
