Meanwhile, nearly half of the American population approve of Obama and his ilk. Sad day in America......

I believe I read six major media companies control 85% of the press. These huge conglomerates are government regulated. Their executives are vulnerable to IRS audits, RICO investigations, SEC investigations, and other financially ruinous witch hunts by the government if they don’t toe the line. Therefore, they have become propaganda organs for the government.

A free press only exists where there is free competition, thousands of voices, local ownership, and freedom from government interference. When the government licenses the airwaves, there can be no free press. When one large organization owns hundreds of newspapers and hundreds of broadcast stations, it cannot be accountable to the local populations it serves and its size/scale generated significant wealth that attract politicians.

The internet provides the free press of the 21st Century. The bloggers are the equivalent of the local pamphlet publishers of the 18th century and the local newspaper editors of the 19th century when many towns were served by more than one newspaper. To complete the socialist utopian state, these voices will have to be crushed in Obama’s second term. Soon after the election ends, expect the mainstream media and the Obama administration to begin calling for regulation of the internet in order to 1) increase fairness, 2) eliminate hate speech, 3) stamp out domestic terrorism.

Back then, we knew what Communism was and we called it by its real name.

Now it’s changed it’s name it is now called
progressive liberalism and is exemplified by
the DemocraT Party.

Look around folks, it’s everywhere, every school board,
every town council.

America’s enemy is radical Islam...we are not permitted to call it by its real name.

The enemy is not just ‘radical islam’ it is ALL islam. Islam is NOT a religion, it is a political, death cult.

>In the 20th Century our enemy was Communism, which we defeated.<

.
Wrong!!!

We never defeated communism — it went underground, changed its name to “liberalism”, and emerged in our educational, news media, judicial system, dhimmocrap party and RINOs.

Communism in all its ugliness is very much alive and well.

In the 20th Century our enemy was Communism, which we defeated. Back then, we knew what Communism was and we called it by its real name.

Up to a point, defenders of Communism in America insist that mere card carrying members in the Communist Party USA did not convey allegiance with Stalin's USSR or intention to subvert the establishment.

The House Committee on Un-American Activities investigations ran from the 1930s-1960s but were largely "discredited" by commie sympathizers in the press and academia.

By the 1960s Communists in America actively protested in American streets carrying the North Vietnamese military flag, bearing Che banners, carrying Mao's Little Red Book, Jane Fonda posed on a North Vietnamese anti-aircraft cannon for laughs and propaganda and no one was tried of treason for embracing the enemy in a time of war.

I can't say we defeated Communism. We defeated the Soviet Union which even now looks like the Soviet Reunion at times.

As for Communism in America, Democrats in California worked to repeal longstanding prohibitions on communists and those preaching overthrow of the American government from teaching in California schools and indoctrinating school children in class.

Socialist, Communist, Progressive, they will admit when drunk in a bar that they are all labels that they feel no shame about. Their claim is that "real Communism" has not been tried.

I am afraid I have to point out that this actually started with George “Islam is a religion of Peace - Islam means Peace” Bush.

But it is hard to believe how far we have fallen. The only comparison I can think of would be news reels advocating for the Germans and Japanese in WWII.
