I think most famous politicians are compulsive liars and narcissists. Telling the truth won’t get you elected. People aren’t interested in facts or the truth. They’re interested in what makes them ‘feel good’ and lying usually fills that void.
I don’t concur. I agree that our political system today reflects our national thinking, which IMHO has become degenerately corrupt, to the point of being criminal.
I do recognize there exists a skill in identifying the body politic, representing that body with language, which isn’t provocative, but may be quite controversial, and leading the nation through faith in Christ on a path in His Plan. That skill, if finely honed, would be best described as an art of politic.
Just as there are many peoples, there also may be many varieties in politics, but still one Plan by God.
It really begins with the people in our political system. When we as a nation fail to walk through faith in Christ, we don’t advance any cause, other than our degeneration.
I also have recognized in Obama, when I discern a falsehood being made in one part of his argument, and observe his behavior, ...he continues even deeper into his contrivance, with a somewhat skilled art in delivery, as some actors might behave in their thinking.
I don’t know if it is compulsive, but I recognize he manifests less conscientiousness of having ever misled anybody, than promoting ludicrous extreme corruption void of justice. IMHO, he is likely more criminally insane than simply a clever liar.
