Hadn't noticed until you pointed it out. I can understand padding on the top - body armor ... but on the legs? Very interesting.
I think maybe they are just trying to avoid his pant line
showing twiggy legs.
Trying to bulk him up and give a healthy look.
Guess there is nothing wrong with that. But saw some pics
a couple weeks ago and he looked sick and face was really
thin almost skull like.
The WH stopped/ reduced them posting them “black and white”
Presidential pics. You know the ones, standing oval office window
thinking, on the phone etc. They do them all the presidents, nostalgia
I guess.
Anyway Obama looks like night of the living dead in black and white pics.
