NDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - It was exactly two weeks ago, when police say a customer opened fire inside Don's Guns on the city’s west side, shooting a clerk. That clerk shot back, killing the customer.
42-year-old Ben Chance was that clerk, and spoke with 24-Hour News 8 inside his hospital room in Methodist Hospital.

I used to go to that store. It is close to the ghetto and I was point blank verbally aggressed inside of it by an under age drug dealer. I was browsing around and accidentaly bumped into him and appologized, and that little 14 year old thug went off and said “yeah, you better appologize”. I looked at him like “oh, make me” and he walked away.
I used to live in Indy for 4 years (83 to 87). I remember the ads and the little “HeHeHE” laugh that he included at the end of “I just love to sell guns.”
