Let him get it and then disbar him for life.

Gads, I hope I’m not punished for my parents sins. I’m having a hard enough time with my own.

If we enforce the LAW and deport him, then issues such as this cease to be issues.

Arrest him first. With a criminal record, he can’t practise : )

The illegal clown in the WH is just breaking some more laws already on the books. See.....

(Exceprt)
Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):

A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he:

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Penalties upon conviction include criminal fines, imprisonment, and forfeiture of vehicles and real property used to commit the crime. Anyone employing or contracting with an illegal alien without verifying his or her work authorization status is guilty of a misdemeanor. Aliens and employers violating immigration laws are subject to arrest, detention, and seizure of their vehicles or property. In addition, individuals or entities who engage in racketeering enterprises that commit (or conspire to commit) immigration-related felonies are subject to private civil suits for treble damages and injunctive relief.

Give him a law license to practice in Mexico. Let him take it there and see if they’ll accept it.

“Gads, I hope I’m not punished for my parents sins.”

You understand that he’s the illegal alien, right? Not his parents. The Constitution specifically prohibits “corruption by blood.”
If he were an “anchor baby” well, Barry’s DREAM unicorn would be s***-ing Skittles and all would be right with the world.

What a stupid thing to say. Don’t care about his “sins”, care about the illegal part, as in breaking the law.

No surprise FoxNews failed to ask those questions. FoxNews is just as much Pro-Illegal Alien Amnesty as MSNBC and CNN...and has been that way for years.

I am afraid the FL Supremes will rule in favor of the Illegal Alien. Even with GOP Governors over the years, we still get liberals appointed to the FL courts...and most of them do survive the Retention votes.

It is a travesty to give this Illegal Alien a law license....when the average American citizen is unable to just go to Florida and obtain one. It is hard for an American citizen attorney, residing in another state, to get a Florida law license

Being an illegal alien is not a sin ~ it's a legal status readily dealt with by GOING HOME

As far as going back home to Mexico is concerned it's hardly a punishment. That's one of the most peaceful and well to do spots on earth and compared to most places it's a bottomless well of opportunity.

If you were being sent to someplace like Congo, that might be a bit different.

Let’s see. When he was a child his mother and father brought him to the US as an illegal alien. At what point does the child commit a crime? When they turn 18? When they learn they are illegal aliens? When they discover (as a child) that they are an illegal alien and they don’t inform on their parents?

It’s a stupid nothing to win everything to lose argument. Don’t fall for them.

Everyone gets something from their parents. Some of it bad/> and some of it good. My parents left me with nothing,
except my country and my genes. Some people get a lot of goodies because they were born with a silver spoon.

This guy is a ‘victim’ of his parents crime, but why should he he get a brake over others who are doing it the legal way?
