Sounds like you are quite busy, hope it slows down for you.
We're always busy around here, never enough time for everything, but it's job security!
More coffee is in my future...
Have a sunnydacious day!

I got a call from my daughter, this morning, telling me that her father-in-law (who is a lot older than my husband and I) was taken to the hospital, following a fall down the steps, with a broken back. He had to be air-lifted to a hospital in Reno. (They were in Tahoe, when it happened.)
Anyway, I’m posting this here because he is a WWII vet, who was wounded at Normandy. He had lied about his age to enlist and was sent immediately to Normandy, where he was shot in the legs. He laid in a ditch throughout the whole battle and was given up for dead. He was rescued the next morning by a French woman, who took him home and nursed him until he could be picked up by the red cross. He had no memory of the battle or being rescued until he was in his late seventies and the old war wounds started acting up, and it all came flooding back. He has been suffering from PTSD ever since. It’s been very rough going for him and now things don’t look good at all.
Anyway some prayers might be in order for this brave old soldier, Robert Collins.
Mine was the same thing.
Prayers on the way, Eva, for your WWII vet, Robert Collins. Prayers for his recovery, his peace of mind, and all those who love him.
BUT...today is the last of the week for me
going for a four day weekend!
(p.s. just released another book...smile)
Thanks Kathy!

Praying in Jesus’ name for this soldier.
Love in Christ,

Thank you. I think Bob Collins is going to need all the prayers that he can get. The doctors have decided not to operate on his back, which is broken in four places because he has a blood clot that is causing a heart problem and they haven’t decided what to do about that, so they are doing nothing, but putting him in a brace and letting him lay in the hospital room by himself. It’s a very sad situation.
