That's one of the most stupid questions I ever heard. Where else would someone named Jesse Jackson be (whether Jr or Sr) ??
Either:
(1)In consultation with his DEFENSE attorney.
(2) Making the rounds of Fortune 500 board rooms threatening them with boycotts and lawsuits if they don't make million dollar "donations" to the Rainbow Coalition , the NAACP and his personal retirement fund.
(3) Down in the Bahama's inventorying all of his offshore accounts.
OR
Hanging out in juke joints around 63rd and Stoney on the South Side drinking .45 and Ripple, and knocking up a few ho's.
