If she is not in compliant of what Darrell Issa asks for, isn't that considered obstruction ? or holding Congress in contempt ?
Darrell Issa could issue a Contempt of Congress warning to Hillary Clinton if she does not co-operate in this investigation in a timely manner.

Like the Holder ‘contempt of Congress’? Obama will again assert Executive Privilege on any info they don’t want out ... another lawsuit will be required & they won’t even have the papers to the courthouse before she’ll have stepped down. I wish there was something Issa could do - personally, I’d like to see immediate waterboarding begin.
