President Obama and Mitt Romney meet for the first of three presidential debates starting at 9pm ET from the University of Denver. The 90-minute debate will be moderated by Jim Lehrer. C-SPAN Live coverage begins at 7pm ET.
Unfortunately I’m stuck here at work until after 11, so I’ll have to check out the recaps and either catch a rerun on C-SPAN or find it online.

I’m not sure, as I haven’t read the whole thing. This excerpt is interesting however.

It seems to me, no matter what ears says tonight, carney will be out there tomorrow explaining what he REALLY meant.

If Mitt goes after Obama with half the ferocity he went after Newt this should be like fish in a barrel. But my gut keeps telling me he’s going to take the safe, cautious, low key approach. Don’t do it Mitt - it’s a trap!
The economy is so that I can’t even participate in the various drinking games this evening...no booze anywhere in the house...I’m even out of Lysol, sterno and mouthwash...
I’m afraid I just can’t take it. Can’t stomach more than a few seconds of Obama at a time. The POS makes me ill, both the sight and sound of him. And Romney hardly fills me with invigoration either, for that matter.
I’ll just follow along here, I suppose. That will probably be much more satisfying.
