Actually, I read (on FR, I believe) that Obama’s tactic in speaking employs a sort of hypnotic cadence; a sort of mind control method. I don’t know that for sure; but suppose it’s possible.
Interesting!I wouldn't put it past him to have learned to speak as he does for just that reason. There is nothing about him I trust. I find his speaking like fingernails on a chalkboard.
