Two Republican state senators announced Thursday, Oct. 4, that they have filed a complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings over Secretary of State Mark Ritchie's conduct related to the state's proposed voter-ID amendment.
Mike Parry of Waseca and Scott Newman of Hutchinson said they were filing the complaint on their own behalf.

A spokeswoman for Ritchie said shortly after noon on Thursday that he hadn't received a copy of the complaint and could not comment until he had reviewed it.
