So exactly how will the "independent" board constrain spending? What the hell are they going to be doing? The IPAB unelected members will be more powerful than a congressmen or senator.
the really dangerous part is that these are not mere “proposals.” Obamacare requires the secretary of Health and Human Services to implement them — which means they become law automatically
