Normally politics aren’t discussed at my workplace, but I overheard one co-worker (an obama supporter apparently) claim that obama wants to cut taxes and romney wants to raise them. And a second co-worker agreed with him!

Idiots.

I overheard one (Romney supporter) sort of goading the one 0bama supporter here this morning, trying to get her to talk about the debate. The 0bama supporter first said she watched it, then was saying she didn’t really pay any attention to it, etc.. It was kind of comical. And it makes me wonder about the intelligence of the one 0bama supporter, who is quite open about it. The owner (a self-made, small business owner, who DID build it) has made his anti-0bama position clear. The 0bama supporter is also married to a self-made, small business owner (kind of gets by). I think she has a complete disconnect between the damage 0bama has done and could still do to this country, and his “rock star” persona. She is all into how “cool” he is.

“BIDEN: You know the phrase they always use? “Obama and Biden want to raise taxes by a trillion dollars.” Guess what? Yes we do, in one regard. We want to let that trillion dollar tax cut expire so the middle class doesn’t have to bare the burden of all that money going to the super wealthy.”

Does your friend know that the “One trillion dollar tax cut” included cuts for ALL Income rates including middle and low income rates which actually received the higher cut in their rates while the higher incomes from 250K on up the rates only were reduced by 3%. So this friend will be getting his or her taxes raised anywhere from approx. 6 to 12% if they are under 250K. The rates would go back to 2000
rates here is a chart you can toggle between the different years.

Maybe you can show this to them and tell them what good ole Joes says
