We've got rape issues in this country because we don't treat it NEARLY seriously enough.
The left's No. 1 priority is to make sure that she has access to an abortion should conception result. The more pregnant rape victims, the more the "need" for PP. The more rape that is out there, the more plausible any [false] claims of rape, etc.
Could explain in part why bleeding hearts are predisposed to allowing savages to run loose.
