Romney's Going to Win
American Thinker ^ | October 4, 2012 | The Drive-By Pundit

After viewing Wednesday's presidential debate, I continue to strongly disagree with the polls and with the conservative crowd who assume that this election is far from over.

The election's been over for a while -- only not in favor of the current president, which has been the meme of the mainstream media for months now.

Obama is toast, so Mr. Romney, sir, let me be the first to call you, in print, "Mr. President."

Remember that when you get my application for a communications job in your administration.

For anyone intrested, SPORTSBOOK.com has pulled down it’s bet on the US prez race. However they have put back 3 state races of the 11 or so they took down right after the debate. The states are Flordia, Virginia, and Ohio. Flordia is now even for Romney! That is an incredible number. Obama is still a slight favorite at -130 and if anybody not familiar with American odds or sports gambling would like me to explain further I’d be happy to. Romney is still a slight underdog in Va. at +135 and is still +200 in Ohio. If that number does not go below +160 in the next 2 weeks the President will carry Ohio. I also think Romney carries FLA easily. Va. is a toss-up.

Well, I felt more and more open leading up to the debate. Sure, there is a portion of the population that fanatically votes Democrat, however, with an appeal to those who aren’t fanatically anti-Republican, Romney could win. And so far, Romney has set the path by now with the debate. He clearly works, and it would be very hard to be as prepared as Romney was without actually disciplining oneself and studying about it.

Never read the book, but recall that they will pick their own targets and behaviors contrary to their beliefs and loyalties if the ends justify the means.

In any case they do not go by a JudeoChristian system nor anything that resembles it.

Not necessary to provide logical outcomes and 2+2 reasoning.

I was thinking, there was a story about a bunch of the Code Pink wackos trying to go into some very dangerous place in Pakistan.....If they were killed and raped, and Obama bombs the people who did it....Do you think that could keep him in office?

Not enough Dems in Ohio now for him to win it. this will be a repeat of 2010 not 2008.

right now. The absentee voting does. Romney will take Ohio

Based upon my Unofficial, Unscientific Bumper Sticker/Yard Sign poll in the NYC, Connecticut, Boston corridor there was very little enthusiasm out there for Obama before last night’s debate. I’m pretty sure things will only be worse for him afterwards! In 2008 Obama’s signage was everywhere. Now there is barely anything. What has everybody seen across the country over the past couple of weeks. Are there now more Obama stickers and signs, or not? I see lots of local candidate signs, but almost none for the presidential election. I think this is fascinating stuff and good news for R&R! Don’t trust any of those other polls. Trust your eyes and ears!

Yes, there are people who would never vote Republican, but they can be convinced to stay home, and Romney's performance was a good effort towards demoralizing the democrat vote.

When he's there, he's the silver-tongued lothario that slickly seduced a nation into electing him president four years ago.

_resident Obama was in a sweetspot in front of the 'prompter.... blah blah blah...

When Barry was in front of the prompter he looked like a complete moron with his head moving back and forth like a Chinese ping pong match. The media talking point was that he was an orator and articulate. Any objective person during his run for the presidency would not come up with that same conclusion! So many people began repeating the lie that he is a "great orator" that a nation came to believe it. He has the ability to read! A "great orator" does not have a horizontal bobble head.

South Florida is exactly the same, very few Obama bumper stickers or yard signs!!! It was that way before the POTUS debate and will be non-existent from here on!!!
