With Joe Biden in charge of keeping track of the money it wouldn't be difficult to skim $100s of millions as kickbacks sent to the 0bama 2012 campaign.

Romney hit him with Solyndra and several other names of his loser "investments" of our money and he mentioned it at least one other time more quickly.
One of those times Romney added in a quick "your donors" or something like it and Zippy gave him a startled look.
It was quick and not repeated. I wish we hadn't deleted the recording so I could go back and get the exact wording, but it's too late and I wouldn't have time to go through the whole hour and a half anyway, but I know I heard it.
There could also be another donor scandal with Russians, but I'm not up on that YET.
