The officer is not the problem.

Police administration and absolute indemnification is the problem.

A big, big problem.

Pet your dog in the presumed safety of your own home and think about it.

They've already begun shooting pets ... pets locked in bedrooms

DEA, Homeland Security and Keystoned's own jack-boots were needed to get 1.5 grams of pot off the street?

I know I'll sleep more safely now

There seem to have been several of these over-kill raids in the past few weeks ... just last week they broke out the swat gear to raid the home of two restaurant servers and came up with the same sort of nothing.

Are the judges fools or are they being fooled by the over zealous wasting taxpayer money so they can play toys with their Fed friends?

There is clearly a pattern and practice of ineptitude here and now they have killed a dog that had made a foolish cop tazer himself months before.

The police found pot in the garbage?????

If police don't need a warrant to search garbage cans accessible to the public – because garbage is no longer your possession, how then can police use what they allegedly find in the garbage as probable cause to get a warrant to search the house??

The answer is apparently: Judge Peary Fowler

.
