Brown fights back over Patrick’s ‘birther’ slap

U.S. Sen. Scott Brown dismissed Gov. Deval Patrick’s claim that he’s a “Bay State birther” because Brown is demanding Elizabeth Warren prove her Native American heritage — saying Patrick has joined the very “Beacon Hill machine,” the governor once blasted.

“It’s part of kind of the Beacon Hill machine coming out during the political season,” said Brown as he picked up an endorsement today from former Massachusetts Gov. William Weld in his Boston campaign office. “You know this is a situation of her own making, she hasn’t answered your questions, your questions in particular, so all I ever asked is that she release her records.”

Brown’s rival Warren says she is part Cherokee and part Delaware, but she has been unable to prove it. Warren has said that even though she listed herself as Native American on law school directories, she never used that status to help her career.

The issue has become a flashpoint in the campaign, and recently Warren supporters have begun to push back. Patrick told WCVB-TV yesterday that Brown has become “a Bay State birther,” because of ads asking Warren to release her records.

“I think the governor has a lot of issues to deal with right now,” said Brown this morning. “That comment is unfortunately part of the political season.”

Weld added that Warren should simply release her personnel records if she wants to put the matter to rest.

“If there’s a factual question, then there’s probably factual answers,” said Weld. “If there are personnel records that exist that would answer the question, that’s the obvious place you go to put an end to the uncertainty and answer the question.”

If you’re a white person who claims to be part Cherokee and part Delaware but “can’t prove it”, what’s the problem? You obviously aren’t being discriminated against for being Native American.

Isn’t it enough for her to empathize with Indians to call herself one? It’s the thought that counts. We don’t need any factual records and such. Time to move on.

LOL! This from that malignant shortround Patrick, who became insanely rich by extorting “white protection money” from large corporations by calling them “racists!” and then making them pay a fortune to his “clients” (and him) to make the charges go away. A Loathsome Liberal who lives ON HIS OWN MOUNTAIN in western MA in a $10.5M mansion with two swimming pools. Who has refused to meet with GOAL since he was elected. Who refuses to allow reporters to ask him any questions (sound familiar?) Yeah; Patrick’s charges have real weight. LOL!

Anyone unfamiliar with Massachusetts need only know three things about “Coupe Deval” (as a Boston talk host calls him)...1) he's a Rat...2) he's “of color”...3) he and Osama Obama have been close pals since their Chicago days together.

My family always told me we had Cherokee in our family, but when I started doing genealogy, I couldn’t find a single Indian. I finally did a DNA test which came back I was 14% Native American...All of this did nothing advantageous because the only Native Americans that count are the ones who signed up with the government when they did the Dawes Act (and a couple more) Eventually none of my past family members wanted the government involved in their lives.

He's another one of the beige bolsheviks that Axelrod specializes in getting into power.
