Police corruption? Impossible. They just want to go home safely at the end of their shift.

I give up. What gives either the Federal Courts or the Federal agencies the power to seize control of a municipal agency?

The State's are sovereign and are not municipal subdivisions of the federal union. Is that a difficult concept for the average law school student?

Inviting feds in is like inviting termites in.

You really, really NEVER want to do that.

You know what this would be don't you?? The beginning of the Federal Police State, you don't think the Government has been buying all of that Ammunition, to go Hog Hunting do you. Obama does not plan to leave the White House and he does plan to take over the police/What the hell does he care about any state sovernity he would just issue a Presidential Order and the spineless congress will do nothing.

This is going to get real funny.

The wise citizens of Oakland moved out of Oakland long ago.
