One day I was looking in the frozen food section of a local supermarket and happened upon an item called “Vegetarian Breast.” So typical of the creeps, freaks and perverts. They profess to hate the real thing, but want a substitute exactly like it. To paraphrase a previous poster, they’re whacked.

Probably a spin-off of Buddhist fare. It gives you something you can cook “in the manner of” chicken breast. The Buddhists have a million dishes like that. Many of them very delicious!
