Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution says, “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

Maybe this is why congress is not doing anything. Just wait till the election is over then Impeach him if he wins. Also they are not in session now , I believe

My take is that Impeachment is moot - forever. No President will ever face that threat again. Impeachment takes both houses of Congress.

The joke that the Senate presented this country during the "trial" of BJ Clinton was a tragedy of Biblical proportions. The House presented a very factual, well laid out, and easy legal case. The Senators urinated all over it and then ridiculed the House members who brought the case.

Barry Obama is a non citizen homosexual Muslim Communist, and they have done nothing.

I don't expect any action in this matter as well.
