I think it’s more likely than not that the Senate and POTUS race in Ohio will go the same way. I don’t see much reason for ticket splitting.

why do I get the sense that this is not the site for peeples who are involved in politics at the local level? Most Freepers are pundits, not activists. Or else they hide it well.

Other polls show Obama running no better than even in Ohio now. It’s encouraging news.

I live near Mundelein. In that town, I’ve seen about the same number of Romney & Obama signs. I’m a paid canvasser, for Rep. Dold’s campaign, so I ask voters which presidential candidate they prefer. In my precinct, about a third say Obama, about a third say Romney, and about a third say undecided.

i haven’t done any doors since AUG.
trying to organize an event for each of 6 state rep candidates scattered around central CT. More interesting than the Congress stuff. In my opinion. Lotsa new people interested this year.
