To be technically correct, Letterman said he'd bet Romney hasn't paid any taxes (which has been shown untrue). He then pauses and says, "we've got a felon running for President."
I can agree to that much, but it's not Mitt.

BO in his book and elsewhere has admitted to using illegal drugs. Therefore he should be a felon. Not a convicted felon but a felon nonetheless.
Dollars to donuts Letterman is a felon. So there are felons using their influence on late night TV.
