Chavez’s supporters have said they will fight against the new government if he is voted out, but I doubt Chavez will relinquish power even if he does lose.
He’ll say it’s a “Zionist conspiracy”, and order Caprilles arrested and executed.

Looks like we know who counting votes:::

Venezuela: Election Council Reports Chavez Leads In Presidential Race

According to Stratfor sources in the National Electoral Council of Venezuela, President Hugo Chavez leads opposition candidate Henrique Capriles Radonski with 79 percent of votes counted. This report is unverified, but it comes amid multiple claims about the outcome of the elections, with supporters of Capriles claiming he has an advantage of 1 million votes.

With tensions running high in Venezuela, the outcome of the election is likely to spark widespread unrest. Already there are reports of two people dead and hundreds of reports of voter fraud. It is not clear yet that these are sufficient to cause a widespread violent reaction from either camp, but with both camps currently claiming the lead in the race, the final outcome of the election will contradict one of two parties, raising the chance for destabilization

Jimmy Carter has probably already validated the vote.

In the case of the US election a Spanish company (run by a major Obama contributor) will be counting the votes.

Surprise Surprise..Chavez has been declared the winner..well color me shocked..Obama must have sent some of his SEIU thugs to count the votes. Even if Romney is ahead by 10 in November it wont matter unless we make sure voter fraud does NOT happen

There was never any chance of a fair election. That’s not how communists roll.

Keep that in mind 30 days from now.

Remember what Stalin said, “What matters is who counts the votes.” .................................................. True, and who appoints the generals, will remain in power.

This is where a moral America would have stepped in and had been monitoring the election process...

Not now, not for Communists.
