Our Rule of Law has to promote public Virtue. Sodomy is a Vice and should be a felony. Our laws can never favor vice if they are “Just” laws. Justice always promotes virtuous law-—and our standard of Good and Evil in this country is from the Judeo-Christian Holy Bible.
Reason alone would know these type of degenerates are dysfunctional and disease-causing and are a burden on our Medical system.
Right Reason is supposed to be used in making any law. Otherwise the law is unjust and arbitrary. It is unconstitutional by definition.
Virtue and Vice are NEVER treated equally under the law.
