So, under Obamacare, “religion” means whatever they say it means. And that can change at whim. Humpty Dumpty must be smiling.

I bet if they published The Quran instead of The Bible, they would get an exemption.

The “conscience clause” has allowed self selection OUT of many laws throughout our history (e.g. conscientious objector), yet now we have the courts to decide those areas in which you will be allowed a moral, religious, or ethical objection. You could object fighting for your country (during the draft) but you won't be allowed to opt out of an abortion mandating plan.

Well one good thing could come out of this but only if that piece of low class sub-human trash and his wookie wife are kicked out of the WH.
Using this as a precedent, since the government feels it has the right to define what is and is not a religion, then a real American president could outlaw the hate cult of Is-Slime and all of Mo-HAM-mud’s followers.
It is a shame, no politician has the backbone to call that gutter belief out for what it is. It is not a religion but a hate cult bent on the total destruction of Western Culture.

According to Obama and Sebellius, if you earn a profit you can't be religious.
Horrible and classic Stalinism.
