Zach Rogers acted in self-defense on Sept. 30 when he shot 47-year-old Donald Crenshaw of Indianapolis at a 21st Amendment Liquor Store on the city's south side.

They should rename the store 2nd Amendment Liquor Store, then, when they shoot a perp, they can can be reasonably sure he is Constitutionally illiterate.
