Gov. Romney leads by 1% with DRI of 42/33/25.
Look at the lead with independents.
My apologies if already posted. I looked but didn't find it.

You have got to be shi**ing me. D+9??? Really? Really? They had to skew that to show it even close.

I don’t know if you saw this one already.

Now I’m optimistic about FL and OH, I wish more data would come out from VA. With the three of them, it’s any other state and bye bye Zero!

Dear LS,
I know you've been following early returns for Ohio closely. Comparing to 2008, and looking at current numbers for early ballots, does D+9 sound remotely reasonable in Ohio? Ds at 42%?
Thanks,
sitetest

Unless this is an outlier or things change dramatically in the next 30 days when the desperate dems go "Full Mormon" this thing's over.

Romney’s internals must be looking damn good. Did anybody catch his foreign policy speech yesterday in Virginia? He sounded and acted like he was the president already. Winning presidential candidates tend to do that - they get the swagger and confidence. What a difference from candidate McCain of four years ago!

Dear Uncle Miltie,
“20 point lead among Independents.”
I wonder whether the ratio of D/R/I isn't a little low on the I’s, to minimize the effect of that number.
If the D/R/I ratio were 37/33/30 (still leaving a Democrat advantage of +4), by itself, that would put Gov. Romney at 50%, and the Kenyan anti-Christ at 45%.
Which would be a lead outside the margin of error.

There is still a lot of time left in this election. Romney/Ryan just can’t let up, and neither can we.

These polls make me feel good, but I don’t want to get too confident. Romney needs to stay on the offensive and squash Obama in the next 2 debates. Same with Ryan on Thursday, which I’m confident about.

D+9 is ridiculous for OH. If you’re looking at 08, you might claim it was +3 to +5. But 2010 you’d probably be closer to +2 R.
