If this gets enough publicity, it could get the criminally liberal sheriff fired. Let’s get it enough publicity.

Voter fraud being facilitated by "law enforcement officers" in Wisconsin. Imagine that! Not just "law enforcement officers - unionized law enforcement officers.
To: Wisconsinlady
So is this how it works now? Pick and choose the laws you want to enforce? Seems everybody is doing it.

We’re too complacent about voter fraud. We hear stories and say “there they go again” but it’s too serious to blow off as business-as-usual.
Voter fraud is illegal and therefore this guy is helping his already incarcerated population to break the law yet again, partially with his blessing.
We all need to hit every instance of voter fraud with everything we’ve got. Otherwise, like Chavez, Obama will win whether the American people vote him in or not

This kind of lawlessness is hard to address by the public, but I wonder if the Governor could have the state police pay the sheriff a visit or some other arm of government that has leverage over him?

Everytime I hear anything bad coming out of Wisconsin, it seems to be coming out of, or caused by, Dane county and its inhabitants.
What a wonderful state Wisconsin would be if they could excise Dane county and drop it into Illinois.

Wisconsin voter fraud being aided by Dane Co. Sheriff. This is the same jerk who refused to arrest law breakers during the Capital Building takeover last winter and refused to protect our Republican Senators as they tried to get to work while the Dems were hiding out in Illinois.
FReep Mail me if you want on, or off, this Wisconsin interest ping list.

If this is a state law, the Sheriff doesn’t have a say about enforcing it.
The Governor and his Attorney General need to get on this and read this clown the Riot Act.
Dane County has been in a state of lawlessness long enough.

This would seem to go beyond “officer discretion” into flat out abdicating to enforce the law?

Well, then, how about a Republican state Governor sending in State Police to remove this ahole’s badge and gun and his ass from office?
Is there NO “controlling legal authority” willing to do anything to stop this crap?

Aren't most people in a county lockup awaiting trial and are therefor innocent, or at least not convicted? The sheriff can say it's not his duty but the county election officials to sort it all out.
Still, he could help prevent an illegal act (felon voting), but it looks like he gets his marching orders from Democrats. gotta' get those Bammy' votes in, even if they are illegal! Will the sheriff go dig up some dead voters, too?

Another so called "sheriff" refusing to do his job. There seems to be a lot of that going around these days. Probably a union thing.
I guess this helps explain why Sheriff Joe Arpaio is so popular. He's one of a kind. He takes his jobs seriously and makes sure it is getting done.

Well I hope that Gov Scott Walker and his Repub AG would get off their asses and publicly blast this Dane Cty sheriff AND declare that he will be charged with criminal conduct & negligence unless he publicly states that he apologizes and will follow the law. I like Gov Walker..but he is far too complacent & laid back. He lets these rogue judges & rogue law enforcement just run rough shod over him. As much as I hate the demoRATs, try refusing to enforce a liberal law in a state with a demoRAT governor & AG, and they will file multiple lawsuits against you so fast, it would make your head spin.
Come on Walker....grow some balls and start fighting back!
