99% of the time I agree with you. The only time Putin does not support Obama is in supporting the brotherhood. He understands they are a threat to him in several areas. He saw what Obama was doing in using these terrorist to fight his people in Syria. He has many boots on the ground and did not want them killed. He could not allow these weapons to be transfered so he dealt with the problem.
