What’s a copyright infringement lawsuit to THE MESSIAh and his worshipping sycophants?? It’s not like the laws of us mere mortals apply to them, anyway.
If they win, DOJ/SEC pays a nice little visit to them, and the threat of a lawsuit goes away.
If they lose, they won’t care anyway, somebody else will get to foot the bill for it.

PBS is a gov’t operation. This is a political, non-profit ad, I don’t know if they really can complain.
