The Park’s Department was adamant that they thought it was the movie. The Agriculture Department agreed. The only hold out was the EPA, which deferred pending the results of an environmental impact statement.

These people remind me of my brothers kids. Rather climb a tree to tell a lie than stand on the ground to tell the truth - even if it wasn’t necessary. Wouldn’t it have been easier to lie later after they’d had enough time to get the media on board? They panicked, and they did so because Mr Obama is The Amateur - the consummate amateur. A tactician so terribly inept as to rival no other in history.
To be sure, it was Obama directing the false narrative from moment one.
