Even as I type I know it’s futile to speculate about their motives in perpetuating this lie but still, I wonder.

It just doesn’t make any sense. They knew the truth. They knew it truth was no secret. Were they just so arrogant they thought they could get away with lying? Were they so confident in their partnership with Big Media they expected them to back them up in the lie?

The only thing that rings true is the way Obama has always waited out his criminality. Put enough time between you and the event and people will likely lose interest. That's how they played Fast and Furious. This one is much more trouble. The focus is on the Admin because of the election. Ironically, I suspect if Obama’s ‘Arab Spring’ had happened a year before and this had happened on 9/11/11, our Diplomats would probably have received the security they needed. He needed to ramp down our security this year so he could claim (as he DID CLAIM in San Francisco a few days ago) that Al Qaeda is ‘on it's heels’. So now the public (at least those of us who are paying attention) sees that Al Qaeda is not so much 'on it's heels’. But it is (AS USUAL) downplayed in Big Media. I am considering sending Lara Logan's recent speech to all the Libs I still know.
