A customer at a New Jersey McDonald's wasn't too pleased when he saw FOX News playing on the store's television, reports Zak Koeske at the FairLawn-SaddleBrook Patch.
Craig Lechner was at the McDonald's with his 3-year-old daughter to get her a Happy Meal, and when he asked the owner, Sebastian Lentini, to change the channel, he was quickly rebuffed, according to Koeske.

I don’t go to McDonald’s these days, but Ray Kroc would be spinning in his grave to have ANY TV in one of his stores. The man didn’t even want PAY-HONES in the place.
For my part, I’d rather take my little kids to places that are not likely to be showing lurid stories on a big screen. That rules out almost all news channels, except maybe CNBC and the Weather Channel.

i don't know... i remember trying to shelter my two boys during their "in the garden" years from some of the harsh realities of the world, among other trashy, or even junky worldly "stuff." i wanted to keep then from becoming like my jaded nieces and nephews... it was tough...

Our local Culver’s has FOX News on all the time. Unless there is Husker football on.
I didn’t eat at Chick Fil A ... before the boycott. Might be something at McD’s you can get - even if it’s just a drink.
I’ve seen Fox playing in a couple of McDonald’s.
I think one gym had complaints about it playing. Owner said, “Tough!”

I would like to have CNN taken off ALL airport screens.
I would like hotels to stop wasting money on USAtoday.
I would like Blaze TV to be part of the standard package line up on all cable and satelite TVs.

Works wonders, I hate the fact TV’s are down right ubiquitous... I use this thing all the time. Just discretely turn it off.. most of the time no one even notices, and every once in a while its fun to watch the staff try to figure out “what’s wrong” with the TV.
There doesn’t seem to be much on TV these days that’s suitable for children.
The guy was from Bergen County. What do you expect?
The kid’s 3....What’s the vocabulary of a 3 year old. Has no idea of what’s happening on FOX.
I would have changed it to CBN and walked away.
