I believe those were the ones he contested and won due to some form of perscription related to his cancer or some medical treatment.
Either way, it is not the guilt or innocence at issue here. It is the fact this is a turf war with thest “officials” having decided guilt YEARS ago and gaming a system absent ANY form of due process to ensure a conviction outcome.
Remember the system required the accused to PROVE innocence.
