That was a memorable moment. It wasn't that he stuck his chest out, it was more like he looked up, as Turkey Gore was trying to alpha male into his personal space, and laughed in a relaxed way, as in "What are you doing, fool?".

I would have liked Ryan to tell Biden what he excepts of him when he's speaking! It was Biden that was missing something - respect for the other person and that includes every American. And we wonder why obamacare was pushed through and then before even reading it?
