Since you are intent on taking up bandwidth with things grammatical, let's address the misuse of quotation marks with commas and periods.

Perhaps a review of using commas in a series would be helpful as well.

Let’s do that, sure. And let’s review what every adviser of good Internet practices since time immemorial, uhm, advises against, and what takes up a lot of bandwidth:

(1) Threads consisting of nothing more than kvetching,
(2) Posts consisting of nothing more than something like the word: “Agreed”, or “I agree”,
(3) What I already mentioned: illiteracy. Every fool, every drunk in the gutter has an opinion. And every other fool is convinced that the world is anxious to experience the vomit of his ungrammatically expressed opinion.
