Yes, the truck driver's daughter went public and threatened to sue Biteme if he said her father "drank his lunch" one more time. The truck was coming down a hill and Mrs. Biden pulled out of a stop sign, and physics did the rest.

I did my own eye roll when Biteme started to pull his "when my wife was killed in an accident" routine.

If he actually cared, he wouldn't pull that old chestnut out whenever it would benefit him polictically, like he has innumerable since 1972.
