Biden was so annoying that it was a painful debate to watch. I missed sections also. My recollection was that after Ryan politely asked him to stop interrupting for the sake of the people watching... Biden responded with a smart remark about how he wouldn't have to interrupt if Ryan didn't take the full 4 minutes. I didn't think his rude behavior changed afterwords.
