Howdy everyone!!

Woo hoo!!

Less than four weeks to go before the Marxist usurper is voted OUT!! Praying that America doesn't make that One Big Ass Mistake Again and that the 2010 Tea Party Sweeps continue into 2012!! We're determined to vote out Obama and as many rats as possible from as many elected offices as possible all across this great land. Let freedom ring!!

And our fourth quarter FReepathon is well underway!!

Free Republic is funded solely by contributions made by liberty loving people who enjoy and use it. We are beholden to no political party, no outsiders, no sugar daddies, no corporate string pullers. We are self-funded, fiercely independent and enjoy our freedom to speak plainly in the support of Liberty and wish to continue doing so.

Thank you all very much for making FR the number one grassroots conservative site on the Net!! Obama did not build this. You did!!

Prayers up for our nation.

Tonight will kill a lot of plants and then it warms up for a few days again. I have 2 tomato plants in pots. They could have been moved if I’d known sooner. Too late....

Still, if you are able to pick them, (even the green ones) they can last for weeks on a counter or other available surface, depending on degree of ripeness. (I’m probably telling you something you already know) I brought in a pepper plant last fall, and it produced in excellent health until late spring, when it finally succumbed to insect infestation.

Yeah but they’re Hubby’s plants and he left them. So I will too. And they’re still flowering. *sigh*

We’ve been shockingly unsuccessful in growing tomatoes on this property, but this year even the farm stands had poor crops.

I hear you. :) That’s why we have containers on the deck and raised beds. Our land is all rocks, with stone walls surrounding. Even in the woods it’s full of rocks.
