I do believe that gives us insight into who’s motivated in this race. It ain’t the left. Also, it tells us the right is pretty fired up about Ryan. The left probably doesn’t give a rat’s behind about Biden.
This is no surprise anymore. They do a decent job.
wow.
Beating the broadcast networks in prime time is really awesome
35 million watched all the other networks. It scares me that so many watch such slop.
51.4 Million Watch
Not as much buzz this time around for the VP debate that the Palin/Biden one had, as well as plenty of sporting options last night.
Over 70M watched the first debate.
FNC did the best job of holding onto the first debate audience last night. Below the first debate # is shown in parentheses. MSNBC lost about the same amount of viewers as FNC, but a higher percentage of their total.
The network ratings plummetted, especially NBC. CNN arguably had the worst showing, losing almost a third of their audience. One can understand the network ratings dropping due to the average rubes not caring so much about the V.P.s, but for CNN to lose that much while FNC and MSNBC stayed flat is pretty horrible.
FNC: 10,019,827 (10,421,380)
CBS: 8,308,421 (10,576,000)
ABC: 8,287,610 (11,252,000)
NBC: 7,851,757 (11,069,000)
MSNBC: 4,378,671 (4,710,511)
CNN: 4,145,951 (6,045,109)
FOX: ?,???,??? (6,977,000)
Two things turned me off immediately when I started watching the debates: that highly unattractive, unkempt and unprofessional female moderator who was unable to control the proceedings and the condescending sneer on Smirkn Joes face.
Was able to suffer through the first five minutes before I had to refill my drink and change channels to watch Steelers/Titans.
Sheesh, this was no debate this was an attempt by the MSM and the VP to publicly mug a candidate. What a total farce.
It was disappointing to hear Britt Hume say later on that Smirk’n Joe was really a nice guy. Now I know what he is made of.
I do realize that Fox isn't everything a conservative could dream of, but I'm glad it's there.
Beating the "Big 3" is an amazing feat.
