I hope it’s Cutter that admitted that. I listened to her Hannity interview, and she cannot possibly believe what she is spewing. It’s pure nonsense.

It was State Dept. Victoria Nuland. She actually meant she was getting paid to lie to us. Stupidity or lies, both are an embarrassment and sums up this administration.
