So sorry for the mispelling. I should have said “laurel,” a plant that Ancient Greeks used to make wreaths to annoint those they saw as deserving honor. If you thought I would remain silent after you assumed that I didn’t know as much as a journalist about Afghanistan (since you must have assumed I was never there) you were wrong. Here’s the deal: I agree with her in this argument. While it was the right thing to do to attack the nation that sponsored an attack on us the last few years of “Meals on Wheels” only seems to help a culture that wants us dead and will turn on us once we leave. Frankly now I think we should have just gone in, wrecked the place, and told them “If we ever see something coming from here again we’ll be back and it will be worse.” However, know how many folks here on FR think I knew as soon as Logan’s comments came out it would be comment after comment saying how she’s the best thing since sliced bread. Fact is she’s not. I’d say “Thanks for your honest views about Afghanistan. I know that you risk your standing at CBS for making them. Now stay away from my family.”
Well gee, thanks for looking out for us poor, benighted, naifs! /s
Lol. I doubt she has any designs on your family.
But in cold hard dailight, since you seem to toss your own Afghanistan service into the pot: it’s entirely possible that her public stand now carries more actual effect than your service under Obama ROEs.

Did she have sex with you?
