School: Teacher Helps Students Cheat Because She Says They’re ‘Dumb As Hell’
A black woman I work with (my daughter works at the same place) has elementary aged children. My daughter said one day they were in her office and her daughter was trying to read (I think she’s in first grade) and was struggling with some words. Her mother told her she was “dumb as hell”. How in the world can a mother talk to her child like that and expect them to learn?
By the way, I have heard the mother read and she, too, is “dumb as hell”!
