I agree.
There are plenty of things they have done that can and should bring criminal charges. Fast and Furious. PAssing on the voter intimidation in Philidelphia. Ordering agencies to ignore the legall passed laws of the land (DOMA, Immigration, etc.).
I hope he loses big time, and that afterwards hearings lead to such charges. Such actions by a President and AG cannot be allowed to stand and be ignored.

He started violating the Constitution the moment he took office (maybe even earlier). His violation of contract to GM investors (I believe) to pay off the labor unions violates the Constitutions sanctity of contracts clause.
