Seems the Missouri voters are not buying all Claire's advertising that she never knew Obama. There is nothing moderate about Claire despite her attempts to pretend otherwise.

The survey's sample was 38 percent Democrats, 37 percent Republicans and 25 percent independent voters.

That's pretty indicative of the Missouri electorate.

This correlates well with the CUFVP poll that had it 48%-45 for Akin.

Not surprised. Try as they might to squelch his chances, the GOP-E still can’t change the fact that McCaskill is grossly out of step with the people in the state of Missouri, and that she is simply not a natural to win, while Akin is.

I really want Akin to win - because he is clearly conservative AND he will feel no debt or loyalty whatsoever to the leaders of the GOP.
